IDEAL awareness questionnaire
Your employer is supporting the Employers of Choice Charter Initiative. You can find out more about this; click here. As an employed manager you have free access to the innovative IDEAL online questionnaire which generally takes around 30 minutes.
You should find the questionnaire stimulating and enjoyable – it is designed to build awareness of the main factors influencing your team’s workplace performance. The questionnaire is for your personal benefit and is anonymous – your employer has no access to your personal responses.
The questionnaire comprises 42 statements, broken into seven short sections, which you are asked to assess as mainly true or false. Your ‘first try’ responses are used to (anonymously) compile an aggregate summary, so it is essential that, once commenced, you do complete your ‘first try’ in one sitting. After each attempt you are given immediate feedback as to the correct answer and a brief explanatory text.
Should you not achieve a 100% correct score at the first try (few do!) you may have unlimited further tries if you wish.
