The CHOICES-online survey service

Online questionnaires can assist you to assess, monitor and improve your employee engagement levels. 

 
   IDEAL™
(Instrument for Determining Engagement Awareness Level) is an innovative online questionnaire for line managers. Taking around 30 minutes, the 42-point questionnaire is designed to increase managers' awareness of how they impact employee engagement. Online feedback is provided - IDEAL is as much a self-learn awareness course as it is a questionnaire.

   MY CHOICE™
is an online employee opinion survey which assesses the extent to which people feel their working environment reflects the Six Core Values. This 12 question survey will complement existing EOS activity and may be incorporated into your employee engagement surveys by arrangement.

The MAP development Programme for line managers

The Motivation And Performance Programme (MAP) comprises a series of modular developmental activities for managers, focused on the Six Core Values.

1-day CHOICE workshops for your people

Everyone can benefit from applying CHOICE principles in their daily work. These workshops (up to 12 attendees per event), held at your premises, are designed to get your people 'on board' with the CHOICE concepts. Ask for further details.
