The IDEAL™ engagement awareness questionnaire

IDEAL (Instrument for Determining Engagement Awareness Level) is an innovative online questionnaire for line managers. Taking around 30 minutes, the 42-point questionnaire is designed to increase managers' awareness of how they impact employee engagement. Online feedback is provided - IDEAL is as much a self-learn awareness course as it is a questionnaire.

A summary report of managers' responses provides valuable insights and can help identify where developmental activity may be needed. Download a pdf overview of IDEAL

Cost:  £20 per manager, includes summative Report. Minimum charge £250 plus vat.

MY CHOICE

is an online survey which assesses the extent to which people feel their organisational culture reflects the Six Principles of CHOICE. Being closely aligned with the six key engagement drivers, MY CHOICE pinpoints how employees are feeling in relation to what really matters to them.

Cost: £6 per full-time employee. Minimum charge £600 plus vat.

The MAP Programme: Engagement skills for managers

Motivation Alignment Performance (MAP) is a developmental programme for managers, founded on the Six Principles of CHOICE. It comprises 4 days of workshops over a 3-4 month period, with before-and-after employee surveys to assess engagement improvements.
