Applying for the EOC Insignia

The first step is for your management to review the Six Principles of CHOICE and agree that they reflect your own values and aspirations.

Approval to use the EOC insignia depends on us successfully conducting a 12-question online survey, anonymously, with a section of your full time employees (FTEs). Call us for details of the survey. The sample size and the fee depend on the size of your organisation:

<200 FTEs              50% of employees  (fee £1,200)
  200 - 1000 FTEs    30% of employees  (fee £1,500)
1000 - 2000 FTEs    20% of employees  (fee £2,000)
2000 - 3000 FTEs    15% of employees  (fee £3,000)
3000 or more FTEs   10% of employees  (fee; POA)

Responses are made on a 6-pt Likert scale and an overall score of 70% or higher must be achieved to qualify for EOC approval. You will receive a report of the Survey results, which may help to identify any areas of employee concern.

There are no additional application fees. The fee covers use of the EOC Insignia for an initial three years, which may be displayed on your website, literature and letterhead etc.  It will send a clear signal to all stakeholders that you are an 'Employer of CHOICE'.

Renewal    The MY CHOICE survey must be successfully conducted at least every three years as a condition of ongoing use of the EOC Insignia. Repeat surveys are charged at the scale shown above.

Various optional services are available to support you.
