Applying for the EOC Insignia
Once you have reviewed the CHOICE model and agreed that it broadly aligns with your own aspirations, you then book a one-day workshop to be facilitated by an EOC Consultant and held at your premises. Up to 10 people may attend and the ideal audience would comprise senior management, HR and operational managers and other senior employees. There is a charge of £1,500 plus vat and travelling expenses for this.
It is only after this workshop that your senior management makes a decision to proceed with an Application. There is no further charge made for this.
Your application requires an overview of how your current HR and management practice supports the six core values of CHOICE. Hence an application comprises (click for a form):
(a) a declaration of support for the Six Core Values of CHOICE and a commitment to communicate this to your employees
(b) an overview of how your policies and practice support the Six Core Values
You will then be authorised to display the EOC-Insignia on your website, literature and letterhead etc. This will send a clear signal to all your stakeholders that you are an 'employer of CHOICE'. Match this with everyday management practice and you will see the benefit in enhanced employee engagement levels. We can offer you additional, optional services to assist your progress in this.
Annual renewal An annual renewal fee (£600 plus vat) is charged, which includes an optional visit by an EOC Consultant to review your progress with the CHOICE model and offer advice on how you might benefit further.
